Things to consider about your production
Before your shoot, it helps to think about a few key questions:
How many shoot days will you need?
Some videos might only need a day, while brand films, events, or multi-location shoots could require more.
How many videos do you want?
Do you need a single main video, social media edits, or multiple versions for different platforms?
How long should each video be?
Short social clips work well for online platforms, while 3–5 minute are better for websites, promos or campaigns.
What equipment will you need?
How many cameras do you need? What kind of shots would you like? We can guide you through your creative process.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does a bigger crew equal a better finished product?
This is entirely dependant on the complexity of the shoot. Different productions require different crews and it's not a matter of "the bigger the crew, the better the film". You can rest assured that whether it's a one-man-band or a full size crew, your video will look stunning.
Why would you want two cameras instead of one?
When shooting interviews, having two cameras allows for cutting out unwanted parts of answer, hum's and stumbles, without having to ask the interviewee to re-do their answer. Two cameras also make the interview more engaging and professional.
